Titanium Inserts
Titanium Pallets
Titanium fixtures are used during a selective solder process, when the through-hole lead is too close to a bottom side SMD to use a standard composite sealing wall. While the titanium provides several superior qualities such as rigidity and intricate thin wall machining, titanium inserts are only used when partial areas of a PCB have spacing too close for a composite-only pallet base. Inserts can range in size and can be basic or complex depending on the PCB layout and process needs.
